The Buddhist Forum believes in the principals of universal peace, communal harmony and brotherhood among the mankind. To achieve this object, The Buddhist Forum has chosen to promote ancient Buddhist art and heritage remains lying scattered around the world and strives to bring the past alive once again.
The Buddhist Forum constitutes members belonging to cross section of society, its members belong to various religions like Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christens and also some of them belong to different sects and faiths.
The forum is a non-profit, charitable organization with Patrons, Ambassadors, Scholars, Honorary Advisory Members, Volunteers and as well as has some salaried staff.
Our main program, besides creating awareness about ancient Buddhist sites, includes organizing lectures, awareness and meditation camps, online discussions, preparation of documentary films and publishing articles for promotion of teachings as reached by Gautama, The Buddha for bringing peace and harmony among the people.
