No. of Stupas/Vihars/Votive stupas on the site : 1 Stupa

History :  This stupa survived with the height of 9.14 meters to 12.90 meters feet from ground. Its circumference is about 10 km. the base of stupa or plinth made up of very large bricks, baked bricks. These stupas are ruined now. Deplorable conditions due to rains and environmental conditions. Stupa of Johi 20 km known as Najaf Shah’s Autara, in the south of village Johi on the bank of an old pond 15.24 meters high stupa existed.


Present Condition :

(i)                Extensive exploration and excavation required on the site.

(ii)              Need of promotional and tourism plan.

(iii)             Restoration work needed.

(iv)             Preservation processes are to be initiated
